Own River Return and Exchange Policy
At Own River, we strive to provide you with the most satisfying shopping experience possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
Physical Products
- Returns:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all tags and original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a 95% refund to your original payment method. Please note that a 5% processing fee will be retained to cover payment gateway charges.
- Exchanges:
- Please specify the desired replacement item.
- If there is a price difference, we will adjust the amount accordingly.
- The initial return shipping cost for the exchange will be covered by us. Subsequent exchange shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Digital Products
Due to the unique nature of digital products, once a purchase has been made and accessed, we cannot offer a full refund. However, if you request a refund within 30 days of purchase, we will issue a 50% refund.
